Our mission
Johnson & Stewart Enterprise, LLC, doing business as J&S Preservation Specialist, is a full-service property preservation and maintenance company with two locations serving Atlanta, GA and Charleston, SC, including North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, Mount Pleasant, and Ladson.
Our mission is to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of residential and commercial properties through professional, reliable, and compliant preservation services.
With extensive experience in winterization, lawn maintenance, debris removal, inspections, and complete property care, J&S Preservation Specialist ensures every property we handle meets the highest industry standards — ready for sale, occupancy, or inspection.
